Our Frederico Rato gave his opinion to Lusa about the recent initiative of Guangzhou Internet Court that established a dispute resolution platform. This platform offers ‘online’ mediation services in several languages, including Portuguese, and is the first multidisciplinary online dispute resolution platform in cooperation with Hong Kong and Macau, according to the Chinese Supreme People’s Court.
