The Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) has recently updated the Recommended Arbitrators for Securities and Futures Civil Compensation Disputes under the China (Shenzhen) Securities and Futures Arbitration Center. We are pleased to announce that our Calvin Chui has been successfully included in this prestigious list.

This recommended list of arbitrators is governed by Article 9 of the Guidelines on Arbitration Procedures for Securities and Futures Civil Compensation Disputes of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (also known as the Guidelines on Arbitration Procedures for Securities and Futures Civil Compensation Disputes of the China (Shenzhen) Securities and Futures Arbitration Center). The updated list took effect on February 21, 2025.
