Established in 1998, the Macau World Trade Centre Arbitration Centre aims to promote and develop arbitration and mediation as alternative dispute resolution procedures in the region. By providing disputing parties with another avenue to consider apart from judicial litigation, the Centre plays a crucial role in facilitating civil, administrative, and commercial dispute resolutions.
