Calvin Tinlop Chui is Co-Managing Partner at Lektou. Specializing in Macau financial law, he advises banks, insurers, investment fund managers, financial leasing companies and exchanges. His expertise covers syndicated loans, bond issuances, investment fund formation, M&A, US/HK IPOs, and financial licensing applications for establishing regulated entities.

Recognized by Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR1000, and asialaw, he is President of the Macau Financial Law Association and serves on a local exchange’s Bond Review Committee and banks’ supervisory committees.
