Today, our Managing Partner Pedro Cortés had the privilege of delivering a lecture as part of the AML for Lawyers Program at the prestigious UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law at University of Nevada-Las Vegas. This course is being taught by the renowned Professor Becky Harris.

During the session, Pedro was joined by António Lobo Vilela, where they delved into the intricacies of Macau’s AML/CTF regulatory framework with special focus on casino gaming industry. Topics lectured included: general legal and regulatory framework, role of key agencies, regulatory model, reporting mechanisms and case studies.
