Macau Lawyers Association organized a visit to various cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area. The purpose of this visit was to promote exchanges and cooperation between legal professionals in Macau and Mainland China, deepen understanding of the Greater Bay Area, and explore development opportunities.

Our Frederico Rato, 李煥江Lei Wun Kong and San Chi Chang actively participated in this enriching activity.

During their visit to Guangzhou, they had the privilege of meeting with representatives from prominent organizations such as the Guangdong Lawyers’ Association, the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, the Internet Court, and the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission. These interactions fostered cordial exchanges and allowed for valuable insights into the current state and development trends of legal services in the Greater Bay Area.

Through this program, Macau lawyers have not only gained a deep understanding of the legal landscape in the region but also established strong relationships with our Guangzhou colleagues. We are delighted about the prospects of future cooperation in both business and academic exchanges. Together, we aim to contribute to the construction and development of the rule of law in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area.
